New Clients
All new clients must be seen in the mornings (pre-2pm). New clients will not be able to get an evening slot until after their initial consultations.
Cancellation Policy
50% fee applies for cancellations within 48 hours; 100% within 24 hours. We endeavour to fill slots if possible.
